Terms of Service

NICHIBA is an online marketplace for selling Japanese used vehicles and machinery to overseas buyers. NICHIBA acts as an intermediary providing export services.

• Only persons 18 years or older may register • You must provide accurate information • False registration will result in immediate suspension • Only one account per person is permitted

• Hold ownership or authority to sell the listed vehicle • Accurately describe vehicle condition and specifications • Enter the VIN accurately • Do not list stolen or seized vehicles

• Registering or listing false information • Listing stolen or illegally modified vehicles • Inducing direct transactions bypassing NICHIBA • Spam or harassment • Money laundering or other illegal activities

• Listing is free • A success fee of 3-5% is charged to sellers upon completion • Export service fees are paid by buyers • Fees may change without prior notice

NICHIBA is not responsible for: • Accuracy of vehicle information provided by sellers • Shipping delays due to force majeure • Import refusal or seizure in the buyer's country

These Terms are governed by Japanese law. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Shizuoka District Court.
